Well, in a way, that connection is back.

Coming in February of 2021 is a new graphic novel for middle schoolers starring the DC gang, including Supergirl and The Flash among others.

The title...Flash Facts

It's a collection of short stories by former Big Bang Theory star now author Mayim Bialik. It "aligns with Next Generation Science Standards, providing a helpful bridge between the S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) lessons taught inside the classroom and how these principles affect our everyday lives."

I am still surprised CBS dropped it as it was predicted to be renewed. But, it would not have reached 100 episodes on CBS.

That was the best gift this series ever got. Thank the-then President of CBS, Nina Tassler, for that.

It helped it get over 12-million plus viewers back in the very heady days of late October 2015. Hindsight is a bittersweet 20/20 thing, but it really did shine on CBS that first season.

As for the latest book offering and the push for S.T.E.M education, it is definitely worth the effort to check it out when it becomes publicly available. :)
