Hey everyone, We are soooo close to season 3! The countdown clock looks incredible! I've been spending some time getting the site all spiffed up for another year of Supergirl action and I'm reminded of all the great features we have at our disposal. I was curious if you guys wanted to do something for the season 3 premiere? We have the live chat, the forum, various social media accounts, does anyone have an idea for a fun event our Supergirl.tv community can do.
If there is something you'd like to do, let us know and maybe we can help facilitate it. During the East Coast showing, I'll be watching live and doing my traditional review, but during the West Coast, Kelsey usually live tweets and I generally rewatch the episode.
Our friends at Supergirl TV Talk have done twitter or facebook live events during the commercial breaks which is an option but I don't want to double up on their events either.
Any way if you've got an idea or think there might be something we can do to make your Supergirl season 3 premiere more fun, let us know.

I'm having a viewing party, so I have to keep my guests with food and drinks in their hands.....but I might can pop in for the West Coast viewing of Supergirl.

Pretty interesting. Our live chat actually have skype and html5 video chat/html5 voice chat integration that I have suspended for now. I could look at trying to use those features to make it more like a discord service but you'd have to be a member of the site which would help keep the riff-raff to a minimum. I was looking into trying to do a google hangout like event possibly too.I know there is already a planned 'girl of steel' trending planned for monday on twitter.I've heard some nasty things about Discord, but that doesn't mean it might not be right, RSchick, can you maybe tell us a little more about it?
Discord could be a fun option, of course it could bring brand new headaches.

these type of programs are generally used by online gamers, but it doesnt have to be limited to gaming. The headache comes from trolls mostly. anyone could hop into the chat and start being a pain in the but, if someone is on with permissions to remove the person, problem is solved easy, if not then the troll will easily ruin things until someone can remove them.

I'm in mountain standard time... So I'm like an island unto myself. lol Usually I avoid your initial tweets, being you see it an hour before me. We start 7pm our time (9pm East coast, 6pm Pacific). Then, if the epi is real good, I rewatch on DVR and read up on Kelsey's to catch her live reactions.
So, with that said, I'll have to avoid the site for two hours once East Coast starts. But will be sure to pop in to tell y'all to buckle up and enjoy the ride b4 it kicks off.
I DO enjoy reading your Newspage recaps, and adding my own quick comments before bed. But, usually I don't get too deep till we forum peeps dissect epi's more in Kiwi's threads the next day.
